How to Write an Engaging and Efficient Introduction Script

Good morning , Thank you for your(Interviewer) quick introduction and for giving me the opportunity to introduce myself.

I am Your Name and I have been working as a Senior Product Manager at [Company Name]

I am responsible to manage the end-to-end product lifecycle. This includes understanding customer pain points and converting them into opportunities, defining the product strategy and initiatives based on the product goals, and further defining the feature set to achieve those initiatives and then define the release cycle which includes development, product launch, and post-launch activities and Building product road map and track them.

Additionally, I am responsible for writing detailed PRDs, which consist of feature requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, wireframes, dependencies, assumptions, and success metrics.

After creating the PRDs, I conduct kick-off meetings with cross-functional teams to walk through the documents, address any questions they may have, and obtain sign-off on the PRD documents.

As We follow an agile methodology, So I am working closely with the product development team in sprints to achieve our desired outcomes, Also working on grooming the product backlogs with my product mangers

After completing the features, I also conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure that the acceptance criteria have been met. After the launch, I collect user feedback and incorporate it into our product development process.

I also lead a team of 3 Associate Product Managers who collaborate closely with me but report to the Director of Product based in California. My role is to guide them and align their efforts with the product vision and roadmap, ensuring the backlog is groomed and prioritized effectively also guiding them in delivering detailed user stories aligned with the roadmap and conducting initial technical feasibility research so that Engineering team can focus more on complex, high-value work, ensuring smoother execution."
